Is your dog tired of being stuck in the house all day? At Minnesota Veterinary Hospital, we understand that it can be difficult to keep your pet entertained and get them the exercise they need. Our doggy daycare service gives your pet the opportunity to stretch their legs and socialize with other pups.
Providing Some Excitement to Your Dog’s Routine
Doggy daycare is a great way to add some excitement back into your dog’s life. Whether you are working from home or back in the office, your dog probably spends a lot of time lying around the house. Just like us, dogs may get bored with their daily routine. Luckily, doggy daycare can help switch things up and provide your pup with that extra spark they need. Not only is it a change in routine, but being around other dogs provides social opportunities and mental stimulation.
While we know that the bond you share with your dog is special, it’s also good for them to make some new friends. Our daycare service creates plenty of opportunities for your dog to interact with new dogs and meet new people.
Getting Your Dog Moving
Exercise is an essential part of keeping your pet healthy and active. During the harsh Minnesota winters, making sure your pet is getting enough exercise can be difficult. Our indoor facility provides plenty of room for your pet to get the physical activity they need and remain safe from the elements. We also have outdoor play areas for your pup to explore as the weather permits.
Daycare is charged by the hour for the first four hours. After five hours, the cost remains the same for the rest of the day. This allows you to choose the length of time that suits your pet’s activity needs. Our facility opens at 7:30 am and closes at 6 pm. This gives even the most energetic pets plenty of time to burn off all their excess energy.
A Safe and Controlled Environment
During your pet’s visit, they will be supervised by our talented team of professionals. Our facility is AAHA accredited, and our staff practices fear-free techniques to ensure all pets feel comfortable and safe. Individualized care is also provided so you can rest assured that all of your pet’s needs will be taken care of during their visit.
As an additional safety measure, all pets must be up to date on vaccines. This helps us ensure all pets are healthy and the risk of disease spread remains low. If your pet is a client at our practice, we already have your pet’s vaccine records on file. If your pet is new to us, we simply ask that you have your veterinarian send over your dog’s vaccine records before your visit.
